Material Supply

Some of our customers prefer to have raw material on their stock so that they can make components themselves, either for prototyping or for their production requirements.

We carry good stocks of rod, bar and plate. We also supply blanks to our customers' specific sizes.

Examples include:

MACOR®

This machinable glass ceramic has the properties of a ceramic yet it can be machined with standard metalworking tools. It has excellent electrical properties and can be machined to high tolerance

Duratec 750®

This is an engineering grade, high temperature insulation material which can be machined and offers good thermal shock resistance

Other materials, including sheet insulation materials, are available
